Media Library Scanning I have a HS-251-2G running QTS-4.1.3 (2015-04-08). Several hours ago I have started scanning the media library with roughly 0.4TB of data. The attached screen shot says that the scanning is still going on while CPU/RAM usage are negligible. Virtualisation Station App does not open within QTS. The virtualisation Station doesnt open the "apps" window when connecting to the NAS box over the internet. Ie. it opens within the same window as the QTS when connecting on LAN 192.x.x.x, but it doesnt when connecting over internet. please see attached screenshots. TS-119P+ Very High HDD Wake-ups I do own a 1-Disk NAS only - but I did have the same problem with HDs spinning up a lot more often than I expected it. The cure that helped in my case (without a need for Photo/Musik/...-Station ) my solution was to delete the Stations not used instead disabling them. Slow Boot Hi, I found my Qnap is quite slow when booting. It takes some 3 minutes from cold start to ready. My windows 8.1 with ssd boots under 15 sec.
