Folder is read only access, share is read/write

Folder is read only access, share is read/write I'm new to QNAP systems. I have migrated my files from a ReadyNAS to the new 551. I used rsync on the ReadyNAS to copy to the QNAP system. The files have copied, but the ownership/permissions seem... wrong. I can access the volumes from my desktop (Win7). I can create, edit, whatever on the rool of the share (e.g. \\qnap\media).
