TS-410 Turbo will not start!

TS-410 Turbo will not start! Hi! Today my NAS suddenly did not start anymore. Not sure if it is because of a firmware update that did not work out or not. I found under FAQ section a solution http://forum.qnap.com/viewtopic.php?f=174&t=38790 and tired to download the alternative B file so i could flash from a CD.
