TS-410 cannot start after firmware 3.8.2 upgrade I have the QNAP 410 with 2 HDDs (I believe Raid 1) on Windows 7 - Port Trunking E1 + E2, Balance-alb Today I opened the admin console and I found a note that the system had to reboot (I have the automatic firmware update configured).
