Packages not Showing after Restart

Packages not Showing after Restart My NAS shutdown whilst i was at work today (power outage). The UPS did the right thing, and it shutdown correctly. Turned it back on and no errors. However i noticed that none of my packages started so i went to the qpkg center and it says i have none installed.
