My NAS (TS-419P, FW 4.1.2) is just working in a LAN environment with trusted users at home so I don't really have any users set up. Whoever has access to the LAN has access to the NAS. QNAP unmounted, cant recover QNAP system asked to reboot asked FW update was installed. After reboot, the qnap ran extremely slowly. Manaully updating to 4.1.2, which made the qnap respond normally again, but the disk were unmounted. The menu under RAID management is disabled and so is the "check file system". How to get data into the .@iscsi.img directory? Problem: Running XenServer pool with storage type lvmoiscsi. Other-brand storage array died. I was able to reattach the disks to a Linux box and copy the files onto a USB drive. The files are LVM volumes created by XenServer.
