UPS Eaton Ellipse Eco 1200 Hi, I have a TS419P II and an UPS Eaton Ellipse Eco 1200 (connected via USB). This UPS is not listed by QNAP as compatible device... But it is well detected by the NAS : it is listed in the notification board, and it gives me the notification when power lost :
Power loss detected on UPS. System would be shutdown after 10 minute(s).

iSCSI not disconecting in QNAP Gui Hi all, We've a QNAP 809 with 3.4.0 Build 0212T (didnt update the firmare cause no probs and no config changes until now). We use iSCSI only and we have 7 targets, each with a LUN. On a 2008 server we had 2 connections that today both get disconected. permissions? between ext4 and ntfs Hi. I recently upgraded to firmware 4.10 (build 20140530) this upgrade was related to the previous harddrives failing. possible to mount raid 5 on a linux pc? As i can not boot my NAS anymore with the RAID 5 Disks in, i consider accessing the data with another pc running linux on it. Is this even possible? my plan is to connect the 4 drives to some linux machine and mounting it as a raid 5, then copy all the data i need. How hard would that be? TS-210 Failed after Power Cut Well not so much a power cut, but all electrics tripped at home caused by a faulty washing maching. Anyway - the TS-210 is fitted with 2 x 2TB HDD fitted in a JBOD setup. disconected network drive Greetings I have a qnap TS-269L on a windows network. I need to "map network drive" on a win7 machine. It works when I map the drive. If I turn off the client, the mapped drive will not reconnect. It is the same for my XP clients. I have disconnected all machines, left only the win 7, router and NAS , still no joy. /etc/exports I just want to limit access to shared folder FOTOeVIDEO to only two IP addresses: 192.168.2.2 and 192.168.2.3 I added the last line to /etc/exports

Apache Server error with SignageStation Hi friends, The Signagestation application does not work on my TS-870 Pro. During installation, a user named "SignageUser" and shared folder called "SIgnagestation" is created. After installation when I run it returns the following error "The requested URL / signagestation / initial.html was not found on this server -. QNAP TS219P II dead after update to latest QTS 4.1 Hello, My NAS was affected by the bug in the 06/05/14 version of the QTS 4.1 firmware and it restarted irregularily without an obvious cause. So yesterday I update to the 06/12/14 release. After the update the NAS didn't boot anymore. I followed the instructions to recovery the firmware.
