Initializing... how long takes this? Hey, i just got my TS-412 and I am happy. I put in 3 drives, all with Data (2x 1TB and 1x 2TB). I wanted them to work as JBOD Linear Disk. And selected format. Now the it has the Status "initializing..." since 5 hours. Is that normal, that this takes so long? Or do I made a mistake? /edit This is how it looks:
