TS-419P II harddisk selection for upgrade.

TS-419P II harddisk selection for upgrade. I'm going to upgrade the harddriver array from 4x1GB (raid5) to 4x2GB (raid5). Since the harddriver price still high at this stage, i need to choose them carefully. I have searched around the hard disk issue from the net, and I have the following conclusion.
