TS-419P II and ST3000DM001 drives and firmware question I've a problem with my new QNAP TS-419P II. I bought the TS-419P II with 4 hard drives (Seagate 3000GB ST3000DM001). I follow the installation guide. I start the NAS, a message welcome is shown and then "The NAS is not configured yet, please execute the installation steps via finder".
