Improve Write Speed by Migration from RAID6 to RAID10? I have a 419P configured as one RAID6 array. Firmware and HDDs as per footer below. My main computer is a 2011 Macbook Pro and I'm suffering from slow write and read speeds via afp and smb due to some inherent weakness in Mac OS X.
