Download station running but no progress on tasks

Download station running but no progress on tasks I have recently had issues with my download station having tasks sitting with no progress - they are "running" but at 0% downloaded and 0% activity. I have deleted the download list using telnet and restarted the service using btd.sh, but still no change - any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
