Download station only ever says 'Waiting'!

Download station only ever says 'Waiting'! Just enables download station. I added a few .torrent files and after briefly saying something like checking it goes to waiting and never actually down loads the file. The torrents are good as they download fine from another torrent client on my PC. Is there anything I need to do/enable to get the torrents to download? Thanks Mark more ...
