Format type??

Format type?? Hi all, I am just trying to set up a backup from my NAS to a large external drive. I see there are a number of options for format type and am feeling a little out of my depth - any advice would be appreciated. I run windows on my PC's and would probably like to be able to access the backup drive directly from them if required (if there is a problem ... more ...
