[question] Possible problem in creating new folders

Possible problem in creating new folders Was wondering if anyone could assist me. I am running the latest firmware for TS-809 Pro. My computer OS is Windows 7. I access the server through the "Network" icon in win7 then I just double click on the server logo/icon.
