How to mount a drive again (ts-412)?

How to mount a drive again (ts-412)? A firmware update of my TS-412 messed it up completely. It went back to some really old version. I could not get in touch with it in any way. A firmware update via QNAP finder, did not resolve that, but did update it. So I did a reset via the reset button, you know the one that resets the admin password and network settings etc...
