Power cut and now all drives are missing?

Power cut and now all drives are missing? Hi I had a power cut at home at the weekend, and since my TS-409 Pro rebooted all 4 drives are 'missing'. I can see no drives in the Volume & RAID Management pages, and the HDD SMART page just shows 'Checking...' permanently. Trying to connect to the shares via Windows Explorer fails to connect.
