Impossible to rebuild RAID-1

Impossible to rebuild RAID-1 I have a TS-219P which I have recently updated to firmware version 3.8.3. Just after the update the system indicated that DISK1 was faulty and RAID-1 in degraded mode, and that I should replace the disk.
