Raid Size Expansion failed.

Raid Size Expansion failed. Hi, i'm usind TS 219 with a raid1 2TB. I tried to expand to raid11 3TB. Changing of the HD-drives to WD Red worked, but now i have to do a "Raid Size Expansion" which always fails. After the last try i lost most of my QPKG extensions. Only JRE is displayed.
