Where can I enter a feed for TorrentWatch-X?

Where can I enter a feed for TorrentWatch-X? I've just installed Transmission on my TS-419P II and, using addons.conf (at http:///transmission/), I have enabled torrent_watch-x. On the Transmission Admin Center page, there are small popout icons alongside "Transmission: Enabled" and "TorrentWatch-X: Enabled". The one for torrentwatch-x leads to http:///torrentwatchx/web where I'm helpfully informed "Not Found" Where is the UI for Torrent Watch X?
