4th bay possibly broken?

4th bay possibly broken? Hey I have 4x WD Black Caviar 2TB hard drives in my Nas. Recently, - the hard drive in the 4th bay has been flicking red - raid is running in 'degraded' mode - the volume management page says that the hard drive in bay 4 is abnormal.
