Usbdisk1 on TS112

Usbdisk1 on TS112 Impossible to delete some folders (file always in use) on hdd formatted in hfs+ and connected to usbdisk1 on TS112 with firmware 3.8.2. I use Samba on my Imac with ML 10.8.3 because AFP do not see the usbdisk1 and I already waiting the reply from support about this issue. How to force folder delete? Please help.
