Backup & Restore

Time Machine and TS-209 Pro and MacBook Pro I would like to backup my MacBook Pro(10.6.8 ) to my TS-209 pro(3.3.2 Build 0918T). I am getting the following errors from the console log on the MacBook. I have tried to disable software on the NAS and reboot but still getting errors. Have tried wireless and wired connections.
