can't remove USB disk from TS-EC1279U-RP.... Hi all, I have a TS-EC1279U-RP in my work environment, from which we run nightly backups onto USB hard disks. Unfortunately, a couple of days ago, the usb disk seemed to go to sleep while attached, leaving the disk visible in the console and showing 'Status: Stopping...' (under External Device > External Storage Device) but inaccessible. I am unable to 'Remove Device' through the console.
