Can't get into phpMyAdmin

Can't get into phpMyAdmin I can't for the life of me get into phpMyAdmin. I've recently updated the firmware to 3.8.2 Build 20130301. My webserver had been pretty hosed for a while now and so I was just wanting to basically wipe it clean and start anew. So I've disabled and reenabled the web and MySQL servers.
