php include path wrong? (points to 419 when I have a 219)

php include path wrong? (points to 419 when I have a 219) Anyone come across inconsistent include_path variables? (or am I getting sleep deprived!) I am trying to install newznab and the Preflight checks are saying there is no Pear nor a timezone configured. Both are installed and set in the php.ini, the phpinfo() function returns the php.ini I am editing. The include_paths returned aren't those set in the file though.
