Cannot Log in to TS-412

Cannot Log in to TS-412 I have had a bad installation experience. I ran the quick-configuration wizard and have added 2 hard-drives. Upon opening the login screen, it does not accept the password I set during the configuration. I would love to press the reset button, but it is in the web-app that I am trying to log in to.
