How to replace a GOOD drive. Hope someone can help me out. I have a 419P II with 4 drives configured for RAID 5. Three of the hard drives are NON-COMPATIBLE 2T drives (I didn't know that until I did some research). Anyways they have acted up in the past so I wanted to switch them out.
