I cannot get to the web interface

I cannot get to the web interface I just want to start over as I've just upgraded the firmware to CC4H on my Seagate ST3000DM001 drives. I am running 3.7.3 firmware and have the latest (3.8.2) downloaded. but I can't get the web interface to come up at all, it goes to the "redirect" url and never loads. "http://192.168.1.115:8080/redirect.html?count=0.7008725709448815" any help would be appreciated.
