Add encryption after installation

Add encryption after installation I have just installed a RAID 5 on my TS-469U but I went through the express install. Before I start setting up the NAS properly I was to encrypt the hd's and it seems I should have done this on the first installation because the volumes are no longer selectable to be able to do encryption.
