File System Unknown

System & Disk Volume Management

File System Unknown I have a TS419p, yesterday the system live updated from 3.7.3 to 3.8.1, upon reboot i am unable to mount any of the volumes and I have the error message "file system unknown" in Volume Management. System logs reveal that I need to run check disk, however this button is greyed out and I only have "format Now" and "Remove" options.
