Need urgent PW reset help

Hello Stranger!

Need urgent PW reset help Hello, We have QNAP TS 559 Pro in one of our ASIA office. Our IT admin is in hospital and in a condition that we are not allowed to meet or talk unfortunately. And here at HQ, we do not have PW. Is there any way we can reset admin password so that I can login to NAS and make required changes? What are my options here.
