NetBak Replicator Slooooow v4.2.2.1031 This solution is unacceptably slow. New TS-469L 3 x 3TB WD REDs in Raid5 PC is running Win8 pro x86, P4 dual core 3.00Ghz cpu, 3Gb Ram Network is all 1Gbit, Nas using 1 nic configured in Full Duplex but only indicates 1000 rather than 2000Mbps.
