5400 vs 7200 RPM - does it make a difference in RAID5? Hi, I am planing a new NAS and I was wondering if 7200 RPM drives really give you any performance advantages when you put multiple drives in a RAID5 array. My understanding is that due to the RAID, the performance is higher than on a single drive.
