Admin access requested for DOWNLOAD folder

Admin access requested for DOWNLOAD folder File downloaded using QGET to Download folder. TS-219Pii connected via ethernet through BT Homehub2 to Windows 7 desktop. Been running fine, occassionally need to delete and re-add the NAS to Qget. Yesterday, downloaded a file and tried to delete it from DOWNLOAD within my user logon (which has RWX access to DOWNLOAD folder). Message appeared telling me that Admin access required.
