Factory reset, keep data on HDD's

Factory reset, keep data on HDD's I've been searching for answers for days. I'd like to preform a factory reset on my TS-219PII (messy installations of qpkg's etc.), but i would like to keep the Data on my HDD's (set in Raid1 config). Is it possible to reset everything but the HDD configuration, and save the data?
