LAN 1 link is down and up each 2 days

LAN 1 link is down and up each 2 days Dear All, recently I found out pretty strrange behaviour of my NAS QNAP TS-119p (FW 3.7.2). As you can see for logs below, every 2 days LAN link is down for couple seconds and them up. I'm not sure whether the root case is NAS or my router (or even internet provider), but I would appreciate your advice how to eliminate the issue.
