Automatically moving completed files

Automatically moving completed files NAS-412 3.8.1 Build 2012.12.05 When I set-up a torrent file I set the download load manager to move the completed torrent to another directory, however, it does not move the file. What do I need to do to get this function working? I have the directory ROOT - Torrent - Downloaded Whilst downloading torrents they go into "Torrent" when finished it meant to move them to "Download".
