iTunes Server refuses to turn on?

iTunes Server refuses to turn on? Hi Guys, I have a TS219P+, Latest Firmware, Single port network, with two Samsung 2 TB HDD mirrored. The iTunes server just refuses to turn on. You click on the check box, then click apply. Then it says it is applying, but as soon as it has finished, the tick box un-checks itself and the service hasn't started. Any ideas?
