No permission to write to external USB disk

No permission to write to external USB disk Hi, I am facing the following issue,who knows what is wrong. When I logon to the Web File Manager I see all my folders including the USB drive connected to the NAS. When I select a random folder from my NAS and create a copy to the USB drive the system gives an error message "You do not have permission to perform this action".
