I don't see files in the Windows explorer shares - only in WFM

I don't see files in the Windows explorer shares - only in WFM I had exactly the same problem - and I could sucessfully change the owner of the files. But now I don't see them in the Windows explorer shares - only in the Web File manager.... Any ideas what could have gone wrong? how do I make those files appear again? Thanks for your help.
