Pulling a back up from a buggered readynas Hi team. I know we all have our gripes about QNAP, but let me tell you the utter nightmare I have had with a new readynas does not even come close! After 48 hours of phone support I can at least see the device. I am currently doing the only thing I am able which is downloading the data back off the device to my imac.
