Replacing disk - Raid 5 problems

I'm owner of a QNAP TS-639 PRO. 6 hdd RAID 5 configured.
A few weeks ago, one hard disk crashed!
The RAID system falls into a degraded state, read only, faulty drive (s): 1
The hard disk is removed and sent in for warranty replacement.
A new disk with identical product number is inserted and my QNAP is NOT accepting the new disk! (Read / write ...
