Why purchase a QNAP NAS?

Why purchase a QNAP NAS? First, this post isn't to rant against QNAP. I really would like to know the advantages/reasons to purchase a QNAP NAS. I have 4 NAS products at this point: 2 from Synology, 1 from D-Link, and now a TS-212 from QNAP. The Synology and D-Link products were very easy to set up and have always worked very well for storing backups and other data.
