Super Support Guy Today I tried to update one of my TS-859Pro+'s and yet again, it didn't take (got stuck) and when I rebooted, the box was hosed. Thanks to QNAP's Pao Yang, I am back up and running. He stuck with it for a long time and brought my unit back to life with NO DATA LOST! BRAVO!
