Can´t copy data created by "one touch copy" back to NAS

Can´t copy data created by "one touch copy" back to NAS I changed all the Drives in my TS-410 and made a copy to an external drive by the one touch key. After setting up the new drives everything works fine, except the data created in this step can´t be written to the NAS again.
