Cannot enable web server

Web Server & Applications (Apache + PHP + MySQL / SQLite)

Cannot enable web server I tick the box 'Enable web server' in the administrator web interface. Then I click Apply. After a few seconds, the settings seems to be saved. However, the web server isn't started and when I return to the administration page, the checkbox (enable web server) is empty again. I tried several times to enable the web server.
