Home folder....How?

Home folder....How? Seems so silly having to ask this.... I am having problem getting home folder to work for new users. My own is working fine, I have a subfolder under "Homes" same as my username and I can connect to \\NAS\home - no problem. But when I add another user I dont see any subfolder being created under homes (using webfile manager as admin) and I can not connect to \\NAS\home.
