NTFS or EXT3 or EX4 newby here. (ALL in JBOD, each disk for itself) If I install 2x3TB into my TS-419p II (4 bays), will it format my hard disks to EXT3 or 4? Which is better? If I then transfer data onto Disks 1 and 2, will other users on my network be able to read the files from them Windows 7 pc's? If I then add another two hard disks into bays 3 ... more ...
