MUCH better performance with NFS vs iSCSI ESXi So I had posted a few days ago with my issues with iSCSI and high latency issues for disk IO on a ESXi 5 server cluster. I reconfigured my NAS unit to a mirrored array vs. striped so I was expecting a performance hit.
